The character is Maria Cadenzavna Eve from Senki ZesshÅ Symphogear, not sure if it is okay to add the tags so putting it in a comment for anyone that is allowed to do that

of course you're allowed to add tags. we need all the help we can get with tagging stuff. just keep in mind things like the character: and series: prefixes, the prefixes are what adds the coloring to the tags. And I usually go with Danbooru's tag spelling, so check there if you are unsure of the exact spelling.
