do you have any tool to censor an image?

Most people use image editors to make their censors. I use GIMP because it's free. Photoshop is popular too, it'll work if you have it.

If instead you're asking if there is something that will automatically censor an image just like how these edits look, there is likely no such thing (yet). The closest we are to that is a browser extension that simply censors the whole image if there's too much skin color in it. super simple image editor, built on the .NET framework for Windows. I believe there's also a mac equivalent binary but I'm not sure?????

either way it updated recently and effects are mostly driven by Direct2D now so it does stuff faster. it's been an ongoing project for over a decade and worth a look.
