The tag light_censoring was mostly used as a warning that an image was censored but still contained nudity somewhere, or otherwise wasn't pixelized or blurred enough to be called a censor. I have now changed those tags over to minimal_censoring, because I feel this new tag is better at describing what it's for.

This also will free up light_censoring to be used for when a beam of light is used to censor, which is what the bigger boorus use the tag for.
