Is there even a tag for images that are pretty much wholesome? i mean they're rare enough that i wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't, but there are probably some more like this.

We can make a tag for anything you think people would want to search for. What would you call this tag, and how would you define when to use it? As always, the hard part will be applying it to all the applicable existing images.
