There's been a spammer or bot that keeps making new accounts to post one image that I then delete once I see it. Even as admin there isn't much I can do about this, so this will be the solution for now.

If you already have an account, you won't notice anything. If you don't have an account and would like to make one, anonymous users can still leave comments. Leave a comment on this image post and I will reopen registration until you've made your account.
