Hopefully we get more content revolving around hands-free tag

how would you define this "hands_free" tag? something like "penis without hands around it"? i'm sure there's a better name for a tag like that, but more likely you'd have to negative search on tags describing hands on penis like "masturbation" or "handjob"

you could try digging around the danbooru tag wiki to see if they're already using a tag for the idea you're looking for https://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/tag_group%3Ahands. having a defined wiki page makes it easier to know what images should have a tag.

Whenever I read "handsfree" or see hands _free I think of the tag 'Handsfree_ejaculation'

my best guess is photoshop, but you can do pretty much all the same stuff in GIMP too, which is free and modifiable. it's mostly down to learning how to use the tools in different/creative ways and developing your style. it takes a lot of time for the most complicated things of course but a good way to get some ideas is look at what others have made. it's a good way to think about and figure out how the effects they've made are achieved
